Spectrum Healthcare was founded in 2009 as a recruitment agency supplying Healthcare Assistants to nursing homes and hospitals. Over the years, Spectrum Healthcare has gained a great reputation and a great awards scheme. Services started to be extended and required to all Social Services departments to provide personal care within community settings. We now supply ad-hoc cover for nursing homes and nursing staff to hospitals, in many locations across all areas of Wales, and the South of England, such as Cornwall and Devon, Manchester, Liverpool, Bristol, Bath and Swindon.
At Spectrum Healthcare, we provide tailored levels of care to each individuals, whether it be in a personal 1-1 setting, caring for Service User's in their own homes, or working with community officials and Clinical Commissioning Groups in community settings such as nursing homes. We supply Healthcare Assistants and Nursing Staff to aid individuals with all levels of illness and affliction; short-term or long-term, minor or serious. We also complete thorough medical assessments, produce personal packages and cater our service delivery for each individual. Our Agency Healthcare staff are trained to care for clients of all ages, and that live with many different ailments and illnesses, including but not limited to epilepsy, dementia, and learning difficulties.
At Spectrum Healthcare, we believe in providing high quality, specialist, personalised care to individuals, whilst allowing them to remain dignified and independent. From supplying staff in local hospitals and care homes, to community packages, our Agency staff are specially trained in all Clinical areas necessary to provide the highest quality care to our patients. Our specialist Clinical training, conducted by our Clinical Lead, covers many areas of care, including, but not limited to, Infection Control, Medication Training, PEG Feed, Skin and Mouth Care, etc.
