Working for Spectrum may give you the opportunity to progress to the standard of a Band 4 qualification, and complete a Health and Social Care diploma. You will also be registered with Social Care Wales. Some of our Healthcare Assistants can access the Open University, to begin Nurse training with Spectrum Healthcare, with our Registered Nurse mentors. Other healthcare assistants who do not wish to be Nurses can achieve up to QCF Level 4, which is more of a supervisory level within their peer group.
